Common questions

Is the PDF an official form?

No. It is a logbook report of your own records. Ask your program sponsor or board which forms they need; many accept a signed log as supporting proof.

My state isn't listed.

Choose Other state and enter the hours your program or board requires. States are added once their requirements are confirmed from an official source.

How do I move to a new phone?

Settings › Data › Export backup, save it to Files or iCloud Drive, then Import backup on the new phone. With Pro, iCloud sync does it for you.

I edited a signed entry and the signature disappeared.

That's on purpose: a signature only covers what the supervisor saw. Ask them to sign the entry again from the Dashboard.

Restore my Pro purchase

Settings › Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.
